EU FP7 - REGPOT Project PhoQuS@UW Special Session
on “Plasmon enhanced diffractive elements”
Cartagena, Spain, June 23-27, 2013
The PhoQuS@UW special session is devoted to nanooptical plasmonic systems. The theory and fabrication technology of plasmon-enhanced diffractive elements with novel properties such as asymmetric transmission, sub-diffraction response, polarisation properties, or spoof-plasmon based response in the THz spectral range is of interest. Within the session recent research achievements will be reported and the relevant technology approaches will be highlighted. The session will include invited and contributed presentations and we call for submissions focused on the applications such as photovoltaics, optical isolators, optical ‘black holes”, radial-polarisation optics, and THz diffraction-based photonics.
