Scientific Information and Training Department runs the editorial office of scientific quarterly Journal of Telecommunications and Information Technology. Between 2000 and 2018 it also published Telekomunikacja i Techniki Informacyjne (Telecommunications and Information Techniques) qarterly and between 2006–2012 Biuletyn Informacyjny Instytutu Łączności (NIT Information Bulletin).
